Friendly top quality AC installation

I called CSI Cooling after almost 6 hours of talking to different AC companies in Delray/West Palm Beach area. I heard a lot of we are very busy, we need to schedule estimate visit, someone will call you, etc. When I talked to the CSI Cooling representative, I got an invoice/estimate based on the information I provided, in 30 min in my email inbox. CSI installers came the day after were friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable. I could tell that because I am a Professional Engineer myself and can judge the quality of technical work. Definitely priced right and well done job.

CSI Cooling Specialists are AMAZING. They gave my home a climate transformation in less than 24hrs, with a new Rheem SEER 16 AC unit. WOW again. I am so glad that CSI Cooling Specialists were able to come when I needed them (because seriously when your AC is beyond repair, and your house is 87-F, things like wet and dry clothes turn into concepts like damp and less-damp). Seeing my former compressor from the roof was a reality check in efficiency. With this new unit (which came with an awesome quote and delivery on that quote), the air circulation is superior. WOW. CSI Cooling Specialists are Knowledgeable, Talented, and Really Nice All Around. For the record, I am typing this review from a very chill space (my home). I have no clue how they did it. Well, I somewhat do, because I watched, took some photographs, and asked questions, and learned so much in the process from the Hernandez family. BONUS: Family-owned business! BONUS: Getting to check out the roof! (Talk about transparency. I appreciated having the chance to actually see the condition of the former compressor, and witness the new compressor relative to its surroundings and neighbors. Plus, it's such an honor to have someone help you move up in the world. Letting someone climb your ladder is such a marker of goodwill. Thanks CSI for giving me the opportunity to climb your ladder to grasp a better understanding of the air conditioning process.) BONUS: CSI installed a SUPER energy-efficient model that even scores a FPL Rebate (Thank You CSI!).

Top Quality

My technician was Eduardo. He came home very rapidly after the call and investigated the problem with my old unit and came up with 3 quotes: a first to repair, and two quotes for new units. Before making a decision, Eduardo explained everything in great details. We discussed everything about every model. He was very knowledgeable and could easily point out the technical differences between the units, along with their advantages, and I am not only talking about SEER, but about conception of the unit. I came up with every possible question, and he had all the answers. This lasted for at around 2 hrs, and Eduardo was patient and professional until the end. I would definitely recommend CSI for your A/C work.

Excellent service - I can definitely recommend!

The AC had been installed by the company 2 yrs ago. When we recently moved we could not get the heater running so I contacted the company via Facebook message which they replied on. We scheduled a phone call and the mechanic first tried to save me the cost of coming here by instructing me on the phone. Unfortunately the system would not heat so he came over the same day to fix it. The control board was broken. However, Eduardo fixed it professionally and he also cleaned the filter and explained to me all the settings of the system. Excellent service - I can definitely recommend!
