Excellent service - I can definitely recommend!
The AC had been installed by the company 2 yrs ago. When we recently moved we could not get the heater running so I contacted the company via Facebook message which they replied on. We scheduled a phone call and the mechanic first tried to save me the cost of coming here by instructing me on the phone. Unfortunately the system would not heat so he came over the same day to fix it. The control board was broken. However, Eduardo fixed it professionally and he also cleaned the filter and explained to me all the settings of the system. I called CSI Cooling after almost 6 hours of talking to different AC companies in Delray/West Palm Beach area. I heard a lot of we are very busy, we need to schedule estimate visit, someone will call you, etc. When I talked to the CSI Cooling representative, I got an invoice/estimate based on the information I provided, in 30 min in my email inbox. CSI installers came the day after were friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable. I could tell that because I am a Professional Engineer myself and can judge the quality of technical work.
